FNA is not a retailer or manufacturer, but works solely on the Member's behalf, identifying needs, then finding or creating potential suppliers for Members and finalizing a program with those suppliers. The suppliers range from long-established companies (such as Albaugh, for CLEAROUT 41 PLUS) to suppliers with which FNA entered into a joint venture or helped to create, (like AgServe, for intermediate programs).
Once suppliers are found and program terms are agreed to, FNA Member Services is tasked with consulting individual Members about the opportunities and benefits programs offer for that specific Member so their Membership value can be optimized. FNA works with the supplier and Members to put together efficient logistics solutions and works for Members, should they have issues with their purchase. When your FNA Member Service Rep contacts you, he is not trying to sell you something; he's trying to give you more choices to save you money and deliver more value.
FNA, as the core structure, continues to serve farmers by looking for new opportunities, new products and programs. It then sends the supply companies on a mission to find the best products for the lowest cost. And rather than pricing just slightly below the competitors’ price, FNA ensures that those products are supplied to farmers at the cost it takes to make them available.
